34th State Sub.Jr.Kabaddi Championship for Boys & girls organized by District Kabaddi Association Idukki under the auspices of Kerala Kabaddi Association, at Vandiperiayal Grama Panchayath Mini Stadium, Idukku. 14 boys district teams and 10 Girls District Teams participated in the above Championship. The Championship was conducted on League cum Knock out basis.
The Championship was inaugurated on 16th November 2024, at 9.00 AM by Shri Roshy Augustine, Honorable Minister for Water Resources, Govt. of Kerala. Sri.Vazhoor Soman MLA, Peerimade presided over the function . During the inaugural address Shri. Roshy Augustine, Honorable Minister declared the 34th State Sub.Jr,Kabaddi Championship 2024-25 opened and wished the participants. The chief guest received the salute from the participants, who staged a March Past before the inaugural ceremonial lighting of the lamp. The welcome address was delivered by Shri. N Rajesh , Organizing Secretary. Sri.K.K.Muraleedharan, Hony Secretary & Sri.Jayakumar A, President, Kerala Kabaddi Association spoke on the occasion.
The matches were officiated by the technical officials of Kerala Kabaddi Association.
On 16th November 2024 16 Boys Leagues matches and for Girls 12 League matches were conducted. On 17th November 2024, 14 knockout matches were conducted including 8 quarter finals matches for boys & girls and 4 Semi final matches for boys & Girls and 2 final matches for boys and girls
